Hopeworks of Howard County

Hopeworks is Howard County's Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Center offering advocacy, counseling, shelter, legal resources, prevention education, community wellness programs and volunteer opportunities.

Turnaround, Inc

Turnaround  is the rape crisis center for Baltimore City and Baltimore County and provides counseling and support services to those impacted by sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking.

Anxiety and Depression

In our world today, anxiety and depression are experienced by many people - but with proper information and resources, you can find support and relief from symptoms that are impacting your daily life.

Education Resources: Anxiety and Depression

The Anxiety and Depression Association of America offers resources and information to help learn more about what is "normal" vs. symptoms that may lead to a diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) or depression. 

Mindfulness Resources

Mindfulness practices have great benefits in promoting general health and wellbeing, and a direct link to decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression.
