Clinical Psychotherapist

Savwell is a private practice committed to providing quality mental health services to women including mamas, survivors of trauma, and anyone experiencing anxiety/depression. We are excited to expand due to a growing waiting list and are seeking a fully-licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. We are looking for passionate clinicians who are fully licensed in the State of Maryland with at least one (1) year of clinical experience, preferably in private practice. 

Essential Functions: 

• Provide clinical, therapeutic services to clients and families, including individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory documentation of all treatment plans, notes, and assessments in compliance with agency standards, licensing board requirements, and insurance regulations.
• Maintain ethical standards per licensure and perform services professionally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Coordination of Services 

• When required, coordinate a “warm handoff” of clients requiring a higher level of care and/or medication management to qualified providers. 

Education and Experience 

• Independently Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Maryland (e.g., LCPC,LCSW-C, LCMFT, etc.).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 

• Firm clinical skills rooted in evidence-based modalities.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage client records.
• Self-discipline and ability to prioritize documentation.

Compensation

• Clinical contractors will be paid $55-$60 per clinical session (90837) with opportunities for increased payment per session based on session quotas.
